1) Personal information we collect

We collect information in three main ways: (a) automatically when you use the Website/App, (b) when you provide information directly, and (c) when you connect third-party accounts.

A. Device information (collected automatically)

When you visit the Website or use the App, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some cookies and browser storage installed on your device. As you browse, we may collect information about the pages you view, what referred you to the Website/App, and how you interact with the Website/App ("Device Information").

We collect Device Information using technologies such as:

  • Cookies and browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage)
  • Log files
  • Web beacons, tags, and pixels

For detailed information about the cookies and browser storage we use, please see our Cookie Policy.

B. Information you provide to us

We also collect information you provide directly ("Provided Information"), for example when you:

  • Create an account
  • Contact support
  • Fill out a survey or feedback form
  • Subscribe to email updates
  • Purchase products or services (if applicable)

Provided Information may include:

  • Contact information (name, email address)
  • Account information (login identifiers)
  • Billing information (if you purchase; payment details are processed by our payment processor)
  • Any information you submit in forms, surveys, or support requests

C. Information from connected third-party accounts

If you choose to connect third-party accounts, we receive certain information from those providers as described in Section 3.

When we refer to "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we mean Device Information, Provided Information, and information received from connected third-party accounts.

2) How we use your personal information

We use your Personal Information to:

  • Provide and operate the Website and App
  • Create and manage your account
  • Enable features you request (such as scheduling/autoposting, analytics, and viewing comment insights)
  • Communicate with you (support, service updates, and administrative messages)
  • Improve and optimize the Website/App (including troubleshooting and performance monitoring)
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

3) Social platform connections (third-party platforms)

Postmore allows you to connect third-party social accounts so you can use features such as scheduling/autoposting, viewing analytics, and viewing comment insights.

These third-party platforms may include, but are not limited to, platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (YouTube), and LinkedIn.

A. What we access

Depending on what you connect and what features you enable, Postmore may access and process:

  • Account identifiers (such as a platform user ID)
  • Page/Channel/Organization identifiers and names
  • Authorization credentials (OAuth access tokens and, where applicable, refresh tokens)
  • Content you choose to create, upload, or schedule through Postmore (text, images, videos, captions)
  • Post metadata and performance data (analytics/insights)
  • Comment metadata and content needed to display comment insights (for example, comment text and engagement counts)

B. OAuth tokens and credentials

When you connect a platform, Postmore uses OAuth to obtain authorization credentials ("tokens") so the App can perform actions you request.

Access tokens allow Postmore to make authorized requests to a platform on your behalf.

Refresh tokens (where provided by the platform) allow Postmore to obtain new access tokens when an access token expires.

We store tokens in our database and protect them using commercially reasonable security measures (see Section 5). Tokens are used only to provide the features you enable.

C. How we use connected account data

We use connected account data to:

  • Authenticate your connection to the platform
  • Publish or schedule posts you create in Postmore
  • Retrieve performance metrics (analytics/insights) for display in the App
  • Retrieve comment data for display in the App (for example, to show top comments)
  • Maintain the reliability of integrations (for example, handling token refresh where applicable)

D. Disconnecting accounts

You can disconnect a connected platform account within Postmore. When you disconnect:

We stop using the associated tokens immediately when you disconnect. We delete or permanently invalidate stored tokens for that connection within 7 days of disconnection.

Scheduled posts that require that connection may fail unless you reconnect.

E. Deleting connected account data

You may request deletion of your Personal Information as described in Section 7. When you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify Personal Information we control, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.

4) How we share your personal information

We share Personal Information with third parties only as needed to operate Postmore and provide services.

Examples include:

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers (for example, hosting, databases, storage)
  • Email delivery providers (for example, transactional email)
  • Payment processors (if applicable)

Note: We do NOT currently use analytics services such as Google Analytics. If we implement such services in the future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent as required by law.

We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.

5) How we store and protect your data

We process and store data using service providers that may include:

  • Google
  • Hostinger
  • Bolt
  • Supabase
  • Resend (Domains)

We use commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect Personal Information, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6) Data retention

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to provide the Website/App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect Postmore.

Examples:

  • Account information: retained while your account is active.
  • OAuth tokens: retained while a platform connection is active; removed/invalidated after you disconnect (within a reasonable period).
  • Scheduled content and related metadata: retained as needed to provide scheduling history and app functionality.
  • Analytics and comment insights: may be cached/stored to improve performance and provide historical views; retention periods may vary by feature and may be shortened or deleted upon request where feasible.
  • Logs and security records: retained for a limited period for security, debugging, and fraud prevention.

7) Your choices and rights (access, deletion, disconnecting accounts)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your Personal Information.

A. Access, correction, and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information by contacting us at support@postmore.fun.

B. Disconnecting social accounts

You can disconnect connected accounts in the App. Disconnecting stops Postmore from accessing the platform using stored tokens.

C. EU/EEA residents

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to request correction, updating, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability under certain conditions. Your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.

8) Email marketing

If you opt in to receive emails, you may receive newsletters, product updates, and announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

9) Behavioral advertising

Our Privacy Policy applies only to our Website/App. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.
