The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts ("Connected Accounts"), including, but not limited to, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (YouTube), and LinkedIn.
By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Postmore to access and use that account as needed to provide the features you enable (for example, publishing posts you schedule, retrieving analytics, or displaying comment insights).
Third-party platforms are not controlled by Postmore. We are not responsible for:
You agree to comply with all applicable third-party platform terms and policies.
You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, or schedule through the Service ("User Content").
You grant Postmore a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including publishing to Connected Accounts at your direction.

Postmore and its software, design, trademarks, logos, and other content (excluding User Content) are owned by Postmore or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may perform maintenance, update the Service, or change features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postmore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postmore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postmore's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Postmore for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Postmore from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within the Service, and we may notify the user who submitted it.
Because posts may be published to third-party platforms at a user's direction, Postmore may not be able to remove content from third-party platforms directly. In those cases, the copyright owner may need to use the reporting tools provided by the relevant platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith mediation before pursuing litigation, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Houston County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You further agree to waive any objection based on an inconvenient forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
